Hi, I'm Christy Sutton, D.C.

I can’t wait to help you take your health beyond your DNA, and get to the root cause.

After years of struggling with health problems like Crohn's and celiac disease. I discovered the need to get to the root cause of health problems. I discovered that DNA is not our destiny, and that we are as much a product of our environment as our genetics.

After writing my first book, Genetic Testing: Defining Your Path to a Personalized Health Plan, I discovered that my husband had undiagnosed high iron. Since then, I have discovered that we are living in an epidemic of undiagnosed iron-related diseases. This is the reason that I created The Iron Curse Workshop/Webinar, and will be coming out with The Iron Curse book in 2023.

I am a clinician that has taught and written about using lab and genetic testing to create personalized health plans, which is why I have created the Labrogenomics Educational series. This is a cutting-edge approach to learn about genes and labs. We will have new content released every month throughout 2023.

Find and remove genetic land mines.

DNA does not have to be your destiny. Genes alone do not tell the whole story. Our environment is what largely determines our health. If you know what your genetic Achilles heel is, then you can better prioritize actions to protect yourself. Looking and labs with genes and environmental factors is a great way to know if your problem genes are actually creating a problem, or are just a potential problem.
